Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2 business days from the date of purchase. Once processed, items are handed over to our shipping carriers for delivery.
Delivery Time
After processing, estimated delivery time is 5 to 7 business days. Total delivery time from order placement to arrival is usually 7 to 9 business days, depending on your location and shipping carrier.
Note for furniture items: Large furniture pieces may require additional handling time. You will be notified if your order falls into this category.
Shipping Methods
We offer standard shipping across the United States for all furniture items. Depending on the size and weight of your furniture, we may use one of the following carriers to ensure the fastest and safest delivery:
- FedEx – for smaller furniture items and accessories
- USPS – for lightweight packages
- UPS – for medium to large furniture pieces
The carrier is automatically selected based on your location and the specific furniture item purchased to ensure the fastest delivery possible.

We’re pleased to offer free shipping on all furniture orders shipped to addresses within the United States. No minimum purchase required.
Order Cut-Off & Same-Day Dispatch
We operate a same-day dispatch policy to get your furniture to you as quickly as possible.
- Cut-off time: 19:00 PM (7:00 PM) Central Standard Time (CST)
How it works:

- Order at 18:30 PM (6:30 PM) → Same day dispatch → Same day tracking ✓
- Order at 19:01 PM (7:01 PM) → Next morning dispatch → Next morning tracking ✓
This policy ensures: Order today → Tracking today (if before 7:00 PM) OR next morning tracking (if after 7:00 PM)
Order Tracking
Once your furniture order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. This allows you to monitor the status and estimated delivery date of your package.
Please note: For large furniture items, tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after dispatch.
Address Accuracy
It’s important to ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. Cartza is not responsible for delayed or lost shipments due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Any additional shipping costs incurred due to address errors (including address corrections, rerouting fees, or reshipment costs) will be the responsibility of the customer.
Order Modifications and Cancellations
We understand that situations may arise where you need to modify or cancel your furniture order. For such requests, please contact our customer support team within 24 hours of placing the order. We will do our best to assist you.
Once an order has been processed or dispatched, modifications and cancellations are no longer possible.
Lost or Damaged Packages
In the rare event that your furniture package is lost or damaged during transit, please get in touch with our customer support team immediately.
- For damaged items: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide photos of the damage, the item, and the packaging.
- For lost packages: We will work with the shipping carrier (FedEx, USPS, or UPS) to investigate and resolve the issue.
We are committed to ensuring a satisfactory outcome for every customer.
Delivery Attempts & Signature Requirements
Some large furniture items may require a signature upon delivery. If a signature is required:
- An adult (18+ or 21+ depending on carrier and local laws) must be present to accept the delivery
- Failed delivery attempts may result in the package being held at a local carrier facility for pickup
- Additional delivery attempts may incur extra fees – these fees are the customer’s responsibility
If you anticipate being unavailable for delivery, please contact us to discuss alternative arrangements.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship only within the United States (including the contiguous 48 states). We do not ship to:
- Alaska or Hawaii (exceptions may apply – please contact us)
- PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses (for larger furniture items)
- US territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands, etc.)
